Our processing and delivery times will be longer than usual, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.

We're still seeing long fulfillment and shipping times at The Legend McCall Shop and other major industry-wide online stores. Our support team is working hard to keep up with increased customer questions. We're currently not on chat 24/7, and we're not available on the phone.

REFUNDS 

For issues/questions related to refunds with any product on The Legend McCall Shop, please contact the customer support email at legendmccallshop@gmail.com

Be sure to contact the customer support email before returning any products.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES:

We print and fulfill all our products on demand once you place an order.

Fulfillment

It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.

Shipping

Our average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the order's destination.
